Flavors is a unique annual culinary event hosted by our chapters around the country. The event features up close and personal interaction with top chefs from some of the most renowned "foodie" restaurants, as they showcase their signature dishes and create an unforgettable dining experience. Fundraising from the event goes to research, education, and advocacy efforts in the fight against liver disease.

Your future health is dependent upon a healthy diet, so my goal in this section is to provide you, and your family, with a selection of recipes that provide good nutrition for your body; recipes that appeal to children and adults; recipes that help you stay within your budget; and recipes that keep it simple. You don't have to shop at the health food store or only eat green foods or exotic ingredients.
